Shipping and Delivery Policy
Our products are shipped from a variety of fulfillment centers located in the continental United States. Your order will typically ship within 1 – 3 days of the order being placed. Depending on the fulfillment center, they will be delivered either through Fedex, UPS, or USPS. The actual delivery date depends on your proximity to the fulfillment center(s).
Because some orders may come from more than one fulfillment center, different parts of the order may be delivered in more than one box and possibly on different days. In all cases you will be able to track your order. If you believe your shipment is late. Please contact us at 267.209.6140 after waiting 5 business days from the time of your order.
Our products all have less than 0.03% THC and are 100% legal to ship to all 50 states and US territories because they are derived from:
Food grade industrial hemp agriculturally grown in the USA or
Food grade industrial hemp that was/is agriculturally grown then properly imported from Europe.
Damage During Shipping
Client satisfaction is our number 1 priority. Be assured that all products leave the various fulfillment centers fully inspected for quality and are ready for consumer use. If you should notice any damage from the courier please snap a few photographs and document the incident before contacting us.
