To Use CBD Living Suppositories Rectally:

1. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water.

4. Carefully insert pointed end of one suppository into rectum past the sphincter. A water-soluble lubricant such as K-Y Jelly may be used, if desired. Do not use petroleum-based jelly (such as Vaseline). 
5. Wash hands again and rest for 20 minutes before activity to avoid slippage. 

To Use CBD Living Suppositories Vaginally:

1. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water. 
2. Put on a finger cot or disposable glove, if desired.
3. Carefully insert pointed end of one suppository into the vagina as far as it goes without causing discomfort. 
4. Wash hands again and rest for 20 minutes before activity to avoid slippage.
