The strict interpretation of CBD Isolate is CBD Oil without any other phytocannabinoids, including THC. It also has no terpenes or any other organic compounds that might be found in Industrial Hemp, Pharmaceutical, or Food Grade Hemp
If a label says CBD Isolate or Broad-spectrum CBD, but you have doubts, read the COA (Independent Lab Results). This document should be available on the vendor’s website.

A qualified Yes. CBD Oil products with zero % THC are legal in all fifty states. It is now illegal for e-commerce sites to sell CBD of any type to residents of the state of Alabama.
CBD Oil products with less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC but more than zero % THC (Full-spectrum CBD) are illegal in California and legal in the remaining 49 states.
