In-depth Article: CBD Wellness Tincture Products. Natural, Holistic, & Effective

Looking for a Quick, Easy-to-use Solution for Reducing Inflammation and Anxiety? Consider CBD Wellness Tincture Products.
CBD Tincture is also referred to as “Drops” by various manufacturers. The terms Tincture and Drops can be used interchangeably. No matter what you call them, they provide the advantage of rapid bioavailability. That means it is fast-acting.
The percentage or fraction of an administered serving of CBD or CBG that has an active effect after it enters the bloodstream is referred to as bioavailability.
Because some of the CDB or CBG goes almost directly into your bloodstream, there is a limited loss of potency. If the serving is a theoretical 500mg of CBD, work under the assumption that approximately 12% – 35% of that 500mg of CBD will be utilized.
CBD Wellness Tincture Products, Some of the Basics
The optimal manner to administer a CBD Oil Tincture is sublingual. Use the dropper to place the tincture under your tongue and hold it there for 30 – 90 seconds, then swallow. That will increase the bioavailability of CBD, CBD, CBN, and CBDA that gets absorbed into your bloodstream.
Because you administer tinctures sub-lingually, a larger percentage gets into your bloodstream. This is not necessarily the case with capsules or edibles. In any CBD substance that is ingested the bioavailability is generally anywhere from 6% – 20%.
There are exceptions that will be explained in a more thorough treatment of bioavailability that will be covered in an upcoming In-depth Article.
Though not quite as convenient as a CBD capsule, gummy, or energy bar, Tinctures are still easy to transport, carry, and use. Because they are frequently flavored, Tinctures can be very pleasant tasting. Even the unflavored Tinctures at their least flavorful still taste OK.

CBD Oil Tinctures are available as;
- Full-spectrum (less than 0.3% THC)
- Broad-spectrum (THC-Free)
- CBD or CBG Isolate (THC-Free).
Either a simple spray or a few drops under your tongue should be enough to feel the full effects of soothing high-grade CBD or CBG.
You can also mix CBD oIL Tinctures with a glass of juice or a smoothie. You won’t have the same high level of bioavailability, but you’ll still get a more than reasonable amount of CBD or CBG in your system.
CBD Wellness Tincture Complexities
If you’ve never used CBD Tinctures, keep in mind, that they can be very potent. It’s best to start with the smallest possible serving. Once you start to feel the effects of CBD you can easily increase your serving or the frequency of servings until you get the desired results.
CBD and CBG have multiple positive benefits including; stress reduction, reduced inflammation, and pain relief. It’s important to point out that the FDA has not yet approved the use of CBD and CBG for pain relief of any type.
Our CBD Wellness Tincture and Delta 8 products are nutritional supplements and are not designed to treat, cure, or diagnose any disease, condition, or medical ailment.
Our customers come first and that’s why we only sell products that are lab-tested for safety, purity, and CBD, CBG, CBN, or CBDA content.
They are sourced from organic Industrial or Pharmaceutical grade Hemp and are free from any form of pesticides, herbicides, heavy metals, or chemical solvents.
With very few exceptions, each CBD, CBG, CBN, or CBDA product has an independent lab result readily available on the product page.
It’s extremely important to point out that as of January 2023, the FDA has flat-out dropped the ball on defining regulations for CBD products and has passed the task to Congress.

Job well-done FDA! In case you haven’t noticed that was sarcasm. I can’t wait to see how this one ends up.
Seriously, I’m not expecting a coherent set of rules at the federal level in 2023. At Groovy, we also expect that when those rules get enacted, they will face scientific, and public scrutiny and may be revised down the road.
Here’s an update on the CBD Oil Federal Regulations issue.
