Full-spectrum CBD Oil contains trace amounts of other phytocannabinoids, including THC (less than 0.3%), and various terpenes (depending on the strain). All these organic compounds work synergistically, providing a theoretically fuller therapeutic effect than Broad-spectrum CBD Oil (THC-Free), or CBD Isolate (also THC-Free).
If a label says Full-spectrum CBD Oil but you have doubts, read the Independent Lab Results. That should be available on the vendor’s website. The lab results will give you the percentages of phytocannabinoids present or not present in the formulation. For Delta 8 or Delta 9 THC, 0.3% or less should be the amount listed.
In Full-spectrum CBD Oil products, you have CBD, other cannabinoids, including <0.3% THC, and terpenes present. The Entourage Effect is achieved when the above elements work together more effectively because of the THC.
The net result is a potential enhanced positive impact. Using naturally occurring hemp terpenes with CBD Oil provides the maximum benefits.
THC-free CBD Oil means exactly what it says. It’s CBD Oil without any THC. There are two types of THC-free CBD Oil. Broad-spectrum CBD Oil contains trace amounts of other phytocannabinoids except THC.
The strict interpretation of CBD Isolate is CBD Oil without any other phytocannabinoids, including THC. It also has no terpenes or any other organic compounds that might be found in Industrial Hemp, Pharmaceutical, or Food Grade Hemp
If a label says CBD Isolate or Broad-spectrum CBD, but you have doubts, read the COA (Independent Lab Results). This document should be available on the vendor’s website.
The lab results will give you the percentages of phytocannabinoids present or not present in the formulation. More specifically, Delta 8 or Delta 9 THC should be listed as “ND” (for none detected).

A qualified Yes. CBD Oil products with zero % THC are legal in 49 states. It is illegal for e-commerce sites to sell any type of CBD to residents of Alabama.
Selling Full-spectrum CBD Oil products (less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC but more than zero % THC) is illegal in California, Idaho, Kansas, and Tennessee and legal in the remaining 45 states.
That means Groovy Hemp Company is only allowed to sell THC-free CBD Oil products (Broad-spectrum CBD and CBD Isolate) to California, Idaho, Kansas, and Tennessee.
THC-free means 0.0% or N/D on the COA for delta-8 or delta-9 THC.
